What if I need to update my account information? If you change jobs or get a new email or phone number, you can update this information by going into your Yoopers United account and selecting "edit profile." There's no need to make a whole new account!
Do I need to track hours? Yes! Volunteering is great and our local agencies rely on volunteers like yourself. They also rely on grant funds and when hours are recorded it gives these agencies accurate numbers to help attain grant funding. Additionally, recording your hours will help Yoopers United and the agencies who use the platform recruit new volunteers by showing up-to-date data regarding volunteer hours.
If I am no longer able to volunteer for a need how do I let you know? If you can no longer volunteer, you can return to the need you registered for and click the "unregister" button. This will be in the same place that you initially signed up for the need. Clicking this button will automatically inform the agency that you are no longer available to volunteer.
