Mission: To promote outdoor recreation, health, and community engagement through the organization of a premier mountain biking event.

Ore to Shore is a popular annual mountain bike race and trail relay held in Marquette, Michigan, that attracts riders from all over the region. It is considered one of the premier mountain biking events in the Upper Midwest and is known for its challenging course, scenic views, and strong community spirit.

What We Do

Ore to Shore is more than a race—it’s a celebration of cycling, community, and the natural beauty of the Upper Peninsula:

  • Mountain Bike Race: A challenging 48-mile course through forests, rugged terrain, and along Lake Superior for riders of all skill levels.
