Who We Are
Propylon Nonprofit Housing is an affordable housing complex located near NMU. We have 16 accessible apartments, a community room, and an outdoor patio. We are comprised of a ten member board of directors and three on-site paid staff. Through United Way funding, we are able to offer our Independent Care Services Program which provides healthcare related supplies/financial support to our residents to allow them to live independently. We also offer a People Enjoying Propylon (PEP) program, funded by our Board, which provides funding for social activities to our residents. We have an on-site property manager, maintenance technician, and service coordinator to assist our residents as well.
What We Do
Propylon Nonprofit Housing provides affordable, HUD subsidized housing to individuals with disabilities that have low income. Our mission is to support individuals with disabilities in living independently.
