Mission: To provide all Hospice clients with Hospice Philosophical Care, not end-of-life care.
We are, and have been since 1973, the community’s only locally owned and operated comprehensive provider of Home Health, HOSPICE, and Private Duty services. We are proud to be a LIVING Hospice. We strive to provide all Hospice clients with Hospice Philosophical Care; not end-of-life care. Hospice is not about giving up, it’s about living well with an awareness of a life-limiting illness. Hospice Philosophy is also about providing comfort and empowerment to the patient, family and caregivers as a unit.
What We Do
Our Volunteers are an essential part of our team and the Hospice Philosophical Care that we provide. As a volunteer with our Hospice program, you will discover flexibility, specialized training and opportunities for personal growth. Our team approach supports your role in making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families. You will also find the support of our Hospice Foundation which provides resources for volunteer projects and our Make-a-Memory Program. We also have a program dedicated to our veterans and are seeking those who have served or are serving to volunteer. Your time is greatly appreciated.
