- Commit to a minimum of 12 months as a mentor
- Meet with your Little 2-4 times each month (At least 4 hours each month)
- Coordinate with your Little's Parent/Guardian
- Embrace a strengths-based approach and work with your Little to achieve gains in the areas identified in their plan
- Commit to having a conversation with BBBS staff once per month
