Bay Cliff Spring Clean-Up

We’re excited to invite you to our annual Bay Cliff Camp Cleanup Service Project on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 Rain or Shine!

Here are the details:

• Time: 9:00 AM

  Directions:
  Drive past the Thunderbay Inn and the entrance to Bay Cliff Camp. Stay to the right at the curve in the main road (County Road KCB).

  • The project site is a lot on the north side of Lake Independence.

  • Look for signs posted along the road. (See attached map for reference.)

Project Work:

• We will be clearing brush and small saplings from the lot.

• We will also be cleaning debris from the lakefront and beach areas.

Tools Needed:

• Hand saws

• Brush saws

• Loppers

• Waders (for working along the lake and beach areas)

Bonus:

• Lunch will be served to all volunteers!
