Stagehands (Work with special guests/talent)

Description: Provide logistical support for speakers, performers, and attendees.
Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and testing sound, lighting, and stage equipment

• Support performers and guest speakers with their backstage needs

• Help direct attendees to their seats and answer questions about seating arrangements

• Assist with transitions between performances or speakers

• Assist Juneteenth guest as directed 

• Maintain clear communication with event coordinators regarding schedule changes
