Volunteer: Road Crossing Checker 2026Do you like to drive? We need someone to drive around during the race and make sure all the road crossings are being properly manned. This will be one of the longest volunteer jobs of the day. Check the locations first thing in the morning then check each location again every 2 hours until 2 pm.

Volunteer: 3 Mile Rd Crossing 2026Help our racers stay safe as they cross busy streets to complete the race. Bring a shovel to keep adding snow to the road to allow the skiers to cross.
It is very critical that this crossing is checked for safe passage prior to racers coming through. otherwise this is not a busy crossing and only needs to be checked every so often to ensure it is still safe crossing and a car has not torn it up.
