The UP200 & Midnight Run Championship Sled Dog Races need volunteers in downtown Marquette. Sign up to help with this unique and exciting winter event! Outdoor and indoor volunteer positions available.

Vet Check takes place at Riverside Auto. Volunteers will be outside so please wear dress in layers, sturdy boots (no yaktraks or similar), and no long scarves. End time may vary depending on how many teams and dogs need to be checked.

Meet at NMU Warming Tent on Washington Street at 5:30 pm.  Your Volunteer Location Leader is Louie Wisniewski -- look for him dressed in Blaze Orange and Blue!  You'll start in the tent and then go outside when it's time to start checking each musher's gear.  Shift end time may vary depending on the number of teams. 

Bag Check volunteers work outdoors and walk along snow-covered areas.  Please wear warm clothing and sensible boots.   Long scarves are not recommended as they can get in the way and caught on sleds, etc.
