Who We Are
Mission: To provide transitional housing, and shelter for low income and homeless individuals.
The Janzen House is a 501c3 United Way-funded organization. We provide housing and shelter to individuals who are unable to secure one. Since the Janzen House began operations in 1984 has provided more than 300,000 nights of shelter.
What We Do
The Janzen House rents rooms and provides board for 25 guests at a nominal rate. It also has 6 to 8 beds in an emergency shelter that are occupied on a night by night basis.
With the cooperation of other local agencies, we are also able to assist residents in securing employment, permanent housing, etc.
