Who We Are
The Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula is one of over 600 locals across the country and 1 of 16 in Michigan. We are the only one in the U.P. so we cover the entire area. We have been around since 1978 and we will continue to be here to help builders build homes.
What We Do
We are a non profit trade organization that supports the residential building community, fighting to make housing attainable, keeping builders educated and trained and so much more. We send out referrals for homeowners to find the right licensed and insured builders.
