The kitchen, pantry and dining room at the Janzen House are cleaned on a daily basis.  However, they all need a deep cleaning and organizing--this would be a fairly fun project for 2 to 4 individuals.  The environment is open and accommodating, there is good ventilation and space to work in.  It would be good to actually clean out the dish/glass and cook wear cupboards.  The same is true in the pantry room and the dining room (fridges, display cases and counters).

This project can also be done on Sunday, Sept. 10th if requested. Please email hmichelin@uwmqt.org to set up the date change.

Additionally, if the group prefers a BULK FOOD MEAL PREP Project would be acceptable.  We have lots of stock to work with, and would happily purchase specific supplies.  When we do bulk prep we make items that will fridge or freeze to be rationed back out on a daily basis in the amounts that work for what people in our program will consume that day.
