The Director of the United Way could use some extra office help.
We are posting the need for every Sunday, but the volunteer support will actually happen at a time that is convenient for you (during business hours) during that week. You can work out a day with Andrew Rickauer that works for you. Once set up, some of this work can be done remotely at your convenience.

Some of the tasks might include:
- Facebook/ social media help- year round following our social media calendar
- Mailing prep – this is seasonal during our fall campaign
- Event planning – This is year round and only limited to the volunteer available to help implement the events
- Phone calls
- Form Prep
- Data entry – this includes both data entry and data clean-up with our computer system
- online research
- Community Outreach -reaching new workplaces to start a workplace campaign or internal fundraiser, getting onboarded with business united, or assisting us with donor stewardship.
- Volunteer engagement – helping us manage our volunteer platform (Yoopers United) to onboard businesses, agencies, and volunteers
- Agency engagement and outreach – working with agencies to get impact stories and photos. Also, working with them as a partner with volunteer engagement and programing
