Take pictures of goodness you spread, see or receive throughout the day. Even pretty things or a sign that made you smile!

Post all the photos/videos in one post with the #spreadsunshinechallenge, tag Spread Goodness Day (FB, TikTok or IG) and share your epic day of goodness with us!
Names are optional if you want to share and stay anonymous. But, required if you want to enter the contest. Be sure that your status is public and viewable. By submitting an entry, you are acknowledging permission for us to use your photographs and name.
