The Bedding Laundry Support Volunteer helps ensure our shelter has clean, safe bedding each week by laundering shelter linens at a local laundromat and returning them promptly. This role is essential to maintaining hygiene, dignity, and comfort for our unhoused neighbors.
Room at the Inn will fully cover the cost of the washing and drying machines, and clear instructions will be provided.
What’s involved:
Transporting bedding to and from the laundromat.
Washing and drying bedding according to guidelines.
Returning clean bedding the same day.
